Q1:下單後多久會發貨?
A: 所有訂單均採用 順豐速遞 發貨。
商品於下單後即安排製作,約 3–10 個工作天內 發貨。
(實際送達時間將以速遞公司安排為準。)
Q2:可以更換尺寸嗎?
A: 可以。我們為每張訂單提供 一次免費尺寸更換服務,需於 收貨日起 14 天內 申請。
Q3:尺寸更換需要符合什麼條件?
A: 更換商品必須符合以下條件:

商品必須為 全新、未使用、未洗滌,且無任何損壞

所有原有標籤及包裝 必須完整

更換申請必須於 收貨日起 14 天內 提出
Q4:有其他付款選項嗎?
A: 有的。如需使用 PayMe、轉數快(FPS)、支付寶 等其他付款方式,請與我們聯絡以作安排。
Q5:可以自備衣物交由 ZAKA 刺繡嗎?
A: 可以。只要衣物 能放入刺繡機進行製作,我們都樂意為您提供刺繡服務。

Q1: When will my order be shipped?
A: All orders are shipped via SF Express.
Each item is made to order after purchase and will be dispatched within approximately 3–10 business days.
(Actual delivery time is subject to the courier company’s schedule.)
Q2: Can I exchange the size?
A: Yes. We offer one-time free size exchange for each order.
The request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Q3: What are the conditions for a size exchange?
A: The item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be brand new, unworn, and unwashed, with no damage

All original tags and packaging must be intact

The exchange request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt
Q4: Are there other payment options available?
A: Yes. If you prefer other payment methods such as PayMe, FPS, or Alipay, please contact us directly to arrange payment.
Q5: Can I bring my own clothing for ZAKA embroidery?
A: Yes. As long as the item fits into our embroidery machine, we are happy to embroider it for you.
