尺寸更換政策

凡於本網站購買之商品，均可享有 一次免費尺寸更換服務，須於 收貨日起 14 天內提出申請，並須符合以下條件：

  • 商品必須保持 全新、未使用、未洗滌，且無任何人為損壞或使用痕跡。

  • 所有原有標籤及包裝必須完整無缺。

  • 更換申請必須於 收貨日起 14 天內提出，逾期恕不受理。

如何申請尺寸更換

請電郵至 zakastore@gmail.com聯絡我們的客服團隊，並提供您的 訂單編號 及 欲更換的尺寸。我們將按庫存情況協助您完成更換流程。

更換商品的運費安排

顧客需自行承擔將原商品寄回本店的運費。
待我們收到並檢查退回商品確認符合更換條件後，更換後的商品將由本店負責寄出，運費由買家承擔。

不可更換的商品

以下商品恕不接受尺寸更換：

  • 貼身衣物及內衣類產品

  • 衛生用品

退款政策

所有商品均為 顧客下單後即時製作，屬客製化產品，
因此本店不設退款服務，敬請顧客於下單前仔細確認尺寸及商品資訊。

We offer one-time free size exchange for items purchased from our website. The exchange request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with no signs of use or damage.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • You must submit the size exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Size Exchange

Please email our customer service team at zakastore@gmail.com with your order number and the new size you would like to exchange for. We will guide you through the exchange process based on stock availability.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost when sending the original item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement size at buyer expense.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for size exchange:

  • Intimate apparel and underwear

  • Hygiene-related products

Made-to-Order & No Refund Policy

All products are made to order immediately after purchase. For this reason, refunds are not available. We kindly ask for your understanding before placing an order.
